Its resonance-optimized design allows for stable and precise tracking of the cartridge, perfectly complementing the mechanical qualities of the Mediterraneo X.

Another special feature is the modern motor control. The integrated touchscreen allows not only the selection of speeds between 33 and 45 rpm, but also fine-tuning of pitch and motor torque. This enables the turntable to be precisely tailored to different requirements and setups. The Quadral Core system handles the highly precise control of the 12-volt synchronous motor, ensuring exceptionally consistent rotation.

The integrated cartridge timer provides added flexibility, monitoring the operating time of up to three cartridges. This feature offers a particularly useful advantage with high-quality MC and MM cartridges, allowing users to keep track of their operating time.

The 45 mm high platter is made from a combination of aluminum and high-density POM and weighs a substantial 7 kg. Its high mass and material combination contribute to exceptionally smooth rotation and effective suppression of unwanted resonances. The Split-Spindle™ design, featuring a 4.3 mm ceramic ball bearing, further enhances the precise bearing and contributes to the turntable's exceptionally quiet operation.

The belt drive is also designed for meticulous precision. The EPDM belt used transmits the motor's power to the platter in a controlled manner, while simultaneously decoupling the motor and platter. With wow and flutter of less than 0.1% and a rumble level of -82 dB, the Mediterraneo X offers compelling prerequisites for stable and detailed analog playback.
