B&W announces new 600 Series

Since its inception, the 600 series has represented the entry point into the high-end sound worlds of Bowers & Wilkins. Now, in its sixth generation, the series is receiving a comprehensive update.
The future 600 series will include four completely newly developed speakers; additionally, the existing subwoofers have been technically revised and the surface design has been adapted to match the new models.

The flagship model of the new B&W 600 series is the floorstanding speaker 603, accompanied by the two bookshelf speakers 606 and 607, as well as the center speaker HTM6. All new speakers feature the striking Continuum midrange driver, which was originally developed for the reference speakers of the 800 Diamond D3 series. Just as the 700 series benefited before, Bowers & Wilkins' entry-level series now also enjoys the clear, open, and natural sound of this unique technology.
The decoupled double dome tweeter has also been revised and improved in key details. For the necessary punch in the lower frequencies, the 603 features newly developed woofers with lightweight yet stable paper cones.
More details about the new B&W 603, 606, 607, and the new HTM6, as well as an overview of the complete new 600 series from Bowers & Wilkins, are available directly from the manufacturer and specialized retailers.
