Yamaha introduces new audio and AV components

Yamaha expands its portfolio with a new generation of compact streaming components and AV receivers. The new models combine modern audio and video technologies with versatile connectivity options and user-friendly operation.

WXC-70A and WXA-70A

With the WXC-70A and WXA-70A, Yamaha introduces two compact components for modern HiFi systems. The WXC-70A is designed as a versatile streaming player and preamplifier, while the WXA-70A combines streaming and amplification in an exceptionally compact housing.

Both models support AirPlay 2, Google Cast, Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, and Roon Ready, among others. They can also be integrated into a multi-room system via Yamaha MusicCast. HDMI with eARC, YPAO room correction, and high-quality ESS-SABRE converter technology enhance the features.

RX300A and RX500A

Yamaha also focuses on current audio and video standards for AV receivers. The RX300A offers 5.2-channel surround and supports Dolby Atmos as well as modern HDMI 2.1 features with 4K/120 Hz and 8K/60 Hz. The RX500A expands the concept to 7.2 channels and additionally supports DTS as well as versatile network and streaming functions.

Both AV receivers offer Dolby Vision, HDR10+, eARC, VRR, and ALLM, among other features. The integrated room correction helps to adapt the sound to the respective spatial conditions. With Bluetooth Multipoint and Yamaha's Scene function, further options for comfortable use are also available.
