DALI announces new OPTICON series

There isn't much to report yet, but what we know so far is more than intriguing: Opticon will be the name of the new series and will initially include seven models. DALI describes the range as an "up-and-coming" series, meaning it is primarily aimed at hi-fi and home cinema fans looking for a lot of sound quality for an affordable price. In this role, the Opticon speakers will succeed the successful Ikon series. Especially promising is the note in the official announcement that a lot of experience from the Rubicon and Epicon series has gone into the development of the Opticon speakers, as these are undeniably among the best speakers in their respective classes. As mentioned, the few pieces of information available so far leave us wanting more, and as soon as we learn anything new, we’ll report on it. But luckily, the waiting will soon be over, as the official market launch of the Opticon range is already on August 6. Naturally, Auditorium will be there right from the start and should have all the new speakers ready for demonstration on time!
