Why Room Correction?

In its latest version, RoomPerfect can now also be found in the amplifier TDAI-2170. RoomPerfect differs from other room correction systems in that it incorporates the sound characteristics of your speakers into the analysis as well as the results of a measurement of the room acoustics. This detailed measurement, taken from various points distributed throughout the room, takes about 20 minutes, analyzes these factors very precisely, and then calculates the corresponding corrections for the signal. The result is a sound that is perfectly tailored to the size, shape, and acoustic properties of your room.

Better Sound, More Flexibility

RoomPerfect also allows for more flexibility in speaker placement. And the sound can benefit from this as well. For example, if you place a speaker directly against the wall, the speaker’s bass response will be improved, but other frequency ranges will usually suffer in this case.
