Beryllium Copper is stronger, more conductive and better sounding than standard phosphor bronze connectors. The direct gold plating is sonically optimized. It looks dull because there is no underlying layer of shiny, distortion-producing nickel. The cold welding system creates an ideal connection with better sound than solder. Slide the anti-interference ABS housing over the multispad and then slide both onto the conductor. Using the tool provided, tighten the Allen screws to create a cold weld between the connector and the conductor.
