As a logical evolution of the XL Power Cord, it offers even greater performance and signal-pure power supply—ideally suited to sensitive source devices such as streamers, CD players, D/A converters, and preamplifiers.
Thanks to its more compact cable design, the OPUS Power Cord Source offers a high degree of flexibility , allowing for easy handling behind racks, shelves, and in tight installation spaces. This makes it the perfect solution when multiple high-quality source devices are operated side by side. For particularly powerful amplifiers, however, the regular OPUS Power Cord with its higher current carrying capacity is recommended.
The core is a tightly braided OFHC (Oxygen-Free High Conductivity) copper construction that precisely secures all elements of the power line. This construction permanently protects the electrical properties and ensures stable and interference-free power transmission , even with demanding music signals.
