DELA C1 – SFP+ Direct Attach Cable
The C1 SFP+ Direct Attach Cable was specifically designed for audio applications and offers a high-quality alternative to optical cables. It connects SFP-compatible audio devices over copper cables, minimizing interference in the signal path.
Important features
Direct Attach:
The cable connects SFP ports directly, eliminating the need for conversion within the module. Compared to RJ-45 cables, which must support multiple connections, or fiber optic cables, which require optical encoding and decoding, any additional signal processing is eliminated. This creates a particularly simple and efficient connection.
Director:
The four internal conductors are made of silver-plated OFC (oxygen-free copper) for maximum conductivity and signal purity.
Gold-plated module housing:
The C1's robust SFP module is gold-plated and stands out clearly from standard SFP modules.
Braided sheath:
The mesh coating prevents tangling and increases handling comfort. It's also visually appealing.
Supports 10 Gbps SFP+:
The cable is suitable for high-speed transmissions up to 10 Gbps.
Cable length:
Due to its design, the maximum length is 2 meters. Longer lengths are not possible, and the rigid wire design makes strong bending difficult.
