Acoustic Signature Invictus JR NEO with Acoustic Signature TA-7000 & Acoustic Signature TA-9000
The Invictus JR NEO turntable is offered including the TA-7000 and TA-9000 tonearms.
Pickups are not included in this offer.
The Invictus JR NEO translates the design philosophy of the larger Invictus NEO into a more compact format – without compromising on substance, materials, or mechanical integrity. The result is a meticulously engineered high-mass turntable optimized for controlled energy dissipation, smooth operation, and precise speed stability.
Design principle: Control through mass and structure
The 93 mm thick aluminum alloy chassis utilizes CLD (Constrained Layer Damping) technology in its most advanced form. The goal is not a spectacular effect, but structural stability: resonances are not cosmetically masked, but minimized through design.
The 50 mm thick, 335 mm diameter platter with integrated brass spacer weighs 16.5 kg . 48 integrated silencer modules (24 inside, 24 outside) selectively reduce micro-vibrations within the platter. The high rotating mass ensures speed stability, while the modular damping controls resonance.
At its core is the DTD® bearing (Dura Turn Diamond®) with a diamond-coated spindle. The extremely hard, low-wear surface reduces friction and minimizes bearing noise – an essential requirement for clean data extraction from the groove.
Drive: Four motors, digital control
Four fully isolated AC motors drive the sub-platter via a speed-controlled double belt. The spatial decoupling of the motors reduces mechanical feedback to the chassis.
The external digital motor controller DMC-20 with multi-voltage power supply (100–260 V AC) integrates AVC Level 3 technology (Automatic Vibration Control) . This actively monitors and stabilizes the motor movement. The speed for 33 1/3 and 45 rpm is electronically controlled; fine adjustment for the sub-platter is possible.
The system is operated via a freely positionable external panel – mechanically decoupled from the drive.
Tonearm configuration: TA-7000 and TA-9000
The Invictus JR NEO is designed to accommodate up to four 9- to 12-inch tonearms. In this configuration, two arms are mounted:
TA-7000
A high-precision 9-inch tonearm with gimbal mounting, designed for maximum tracking accuracy with minimal friction. The solid arm structure ensures high rigidity with controlled resonance. Ideal for medium to high compliance cartridges.
TA-9000
The reference model with even greater material and manufacturing precision. The bearing architecture is designed for minimal tolerances to transmit even the finest modulations with minimal distortion. Its higher effective mass also makes it ideal for demanding MC systems with low compliance.
Both tonearms are height-adjustable (VTA) and mounted on interchangeable armboards. This allows for flexible system selection – cartridges are deliberately not included , so that the final sonic tuning remains entirely in the user's hands.
Setup and mechanical base
The three-point setup with specially designed, damped, and height-adjustable feet ensures precise coupling to the rack. The total weight of approximately 108 kg provides mechanical stability and effectively reduces external interference.
With a footprint of 608 × 608 mm, the Invictus JR NEO is substantially dimensioned, but remains more suitable for integration into living spaces compared to the reference model.
