The REL HT-Air MKII is an innovative wireless system specifically designed for REL HT subwoofers and numerous other models.

Within a few seconds of connecting the transmitter and receiver, the system is ready to use and transmits music or film sound at 5.8 GHz - completely free of digital compression. This ensures maximum dynamics and the best sound quality. HT-Air MKII offers outstanding performance for low level (RCA-RCA) or LFE/.1 (single RCA) transmissions.

Design for the highest demands

Good design takes everyday objects to a new level - that's exactly what the HT-Air MKII embodies with its massive, cubic housing. Inspired by the first-class design language of the REL subwoofers, it impresses with a high-quality, cast acrylic casing that conveys quality from the first touch. The weight was deliberately chosen to ensure stable use even with high-quality, often heavy cables. Finally, the housing was refined with five layers of hand-polished acrylic lacquer, which ensures the characteristic, deep-gloss black surface. Quality is in REL's DNA.

Easy connection with REL subwoofers

REL stands for simple, intuitive wireless systems. Pairing the HT-Air MKII is extremely easy: one press of a button on the transmitter starts the connection process, another press on the receiver completes the pairing - done! The entire internal program is already installed, as no conventional WiFi is used. REL's own, specially developed protocol makes complicated settings unnecessary. Because when you bring a new device home, you want it to be ready for use straight away.

Wireless freedom at the highest level

HT-Air MKII uses the latest third-generation 5.8 GHz chip - REL's most advanced single-chip solution. This enables continuous, lag-free transmission of music and movies. With a choice of LR stereo inputs or a .1/LFE input, the system can transmit dynamic, rich sub-bass signals over at least 12 meters (40 feet) - even further under optimal conditions. Thanks to an ultra-fast response time of just 17 milliseconds, the wireless transmission almost matches the performance of high-quality cables and ensures impressive sound quality and dynamics.
