(*) Conditions for the warranty extension:
With the protective bag, the customer acquires a one-year warranty extension for their Grado headphones. For the period of the extended warranty, High-Fidelity Studio, as distributor for Germany and Austria, guarantees that the headphones are free from defects in manufacturing and material. This period extends over 12 additional months, directly following the statutory 24-month warranty period. High-Fidelity Studio will voluntarily provide a repair for that extra year without charging for parts and labor. The purchase receipts for the headphones and protective case entitle the holder to a warranty claim if they were purchased within the 2-year warranty period.
