Unlike traditional integrated streaming amplifiers, which often offer streaming as an additional function, the RAS-5000 is an uncompromising streamer and a sophisticated integrated amplifier in one. Highest sound quality thanks to state-of-the-art technology: The Rotel RAS-5000 uses an ESS digital/analog converter with impressive resolution of up to 32 bits and 384 kHz. This ensures precise and detailed playback of digital music files. Bluetooth® is integrated with aptX™ HD for wireless streaming, while HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) enables connection to video and television sound. With Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, Airplay 2 and Google Cast (Chromecast), the RAS-5000 supports a variety of online sources.
Versatile connectivity: The RAS-5000 offers a wide range of connections including coaxial and optical digital inputs, analog RCA inputs, as well as a USB input that supports PCM, MQA and MQA Studio. A subwoofer output completes the variety of connections, and the intelligent integration of HDMI ARC enables seamless playback of television sound.
Powerful interior for impressive sound: As usual from Rotel, the RAS-5000 is characterized by an extremely powerful linear power supply that is driven by a specially made toroidal transformer. With an impressive 220 watts of power at 4 ohms in Class AB technology, the amplifier delivers an impressive soundscape. The sophisticated power supply ensures low noise power and supplies the output transistors with sufficient power to ensure deep, controlled bass energy with exceptional fidelity.
