HiFi Rose RS151 – Powerful network streamer with DAC
The RS151 is equipped with a powerful digital-analog converter (DAC) that enables signal processing at the highest level. DSD files up to DSD512 and PCM signals with a resolution of up to 32 bit / 768 kHz are supported. This ensures excellent music reproduction that brings out the finest details and a natural sound stage.
The ROSE DPC™ (Digital Processing Core) technology ensures precise signal processing, while the noise suppression by the ROSE NRA™ (Noise Reduction Analog) filter enables a balanced sound. A high-precision OCXO clock reduces jitter in the long term and ensures clean and stable playback.
Extensive connection options and connectivity
The RS151 offers a variety of inputs and outputs to integrate different audio sources and playback devices. Digital inputs include USB, optical, coaxial, AES/EBU and HDMI eARC , while analog outputs are available in both balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA). Additionally, the unit features an HDMI output for 4K video playback.
Ethernet (LAN) and WLAN are available for network connections, so that streaming services such as TIDAL, Qobuz, Spotify Connect, AirPlay and Roon Ready can be used. Bluetooth 5.4 with aptX support ensures a stable wireless connection with mobile devices.
design and operation
The housing of the RS151 is made of aluminum and stainless steel, which ensures high stability and durability. A 15.4-inch touchscreen with a wide viewing angle enables intuitive control directly on the device. Alternatively, the streamer can be controlled via the ROSE Connect app, an IR remote control or via Roon .
