Everything starts at the source
A perfect signal amplification relies on a perfect power supply. Because the amplified signal is nothing more than the correspondingly modulated mains voltage that is made available to the amplifier. If the incoming voltage is unclean, i.e. unstable, compromised by noise and other influences (high frequency modulation), or if it even fluctuates in strength, the sound result may not be as good as even high-end phono stages like the Blue Amps model blue MK II and model surzur MK II would allow. The Blue Amp model ps 300 is therefore a perfect upgrade for the phono preamplifier from Blue Amp. It has an elaborate quadruple power supply and supplies stable and clean mains voltage to the circuits of your phono preamplifier. A display for the correct polarity of the power cord completes the equipment.
