The iPort PoE splitter fits into any wall socket anywhere in the world. To receive power from a PoE source, simply connect a Cat-5 or Cat-6 cable to the splitter. Use the 2-pin connection option for a low-voltage source. Connect the iPad Lightning cable to the USB port to receive up to 12W power. The splitter can also be understood as a kind of cable manager. Here you can stow the excess iPad cable, for example, to ensure even easier assembly.
