The visual and acoustic centerpiece is an elegant sphere with a diameter of just 21 centimeters. Inside this compact enclosure is Cabasse's legendary BC 17 coaxial driver, which delivers rich tonal colors, precise dynamics, and a spatially deep soundstage.
Maximum manufacturing precision and innovative engineering are paramount in the production process. Thanks to fully automated production at the Cabasse factory in France, customers benefit from minimal variations between units and consistently maximum performance. The crossover is tuned according to the manufacturer's proprietary HDSE principle (Homogeneous Distribution of the Sonic Energy). This involves measuring the entire 360° dispersion pattern in an anechoic chamber to perfectly balance direct and reflected sound. The result is a consistently stable, wide soundstage with homogeneous sound distribution throughout your home.
