Since 1983, many moments have marked the history of Sonus Faber. The launch of the Olympica collection six years ago is one of them. One of the first lines to be presented as a complete product family, but most importantly, the very first to feature original drivers developed entirely by Sonus Faber. Olympica Nova is the second generation of the legendary 2013 family, which Sonus Faber has improved in both form and content, while also imbued with the timeless values that inspired the Italian company when creating the original line. The result is a new collection that incorporates the most advanced technologies that already enhance Sonus Faber's most prestigious models.
The absence of flat and parallel walls improves cabinet performance while retaining the signature asymmetrical lute shape of the first generation Olympica. The cabinet's asymmetrical shape is an original design concept that allows for versatile speaker positioning to fine-tune bass response in any room. Inspired by nature, the lines follow the flow of a circular spiral motion, creating a more organic cabinet structure. The reflex port is no longer merely a functional element for controlling airflow, but is now fully integrated into the cabinet, further enhancing the speed and transparency of the sound.
