The new version of the celexon floor-scissor high-contrast screen for ultra-short-throw projection is now available. The developers have taken the wishes and feedback of customers to heart and noticeably improved the screen in both its technical and aesthetic values.
Innovations for the home cinema experience
The celexon UST high contrast floor scissor screen - HomeCinema Plus is optimally prepared for integration into furniture. In combination with a modern ultra-short throw projector, it transforms into a true laser TV and thus becomes an alternative to classic TV sets that could disrupt the interior design when not in use.
When not in use, the screen almost disappears from view, as it does not need to be mounted on the wall or ceiling, but is stored in or behind a lowboard. This allows the user to realize the dream of a rollable 80-120” TV that is only visible when in use.
Great home cinema experience in the living room
Increasingly larger images are difficult to combine with high-quality living room design. A switched-off TV >75” often looks unsightly, disrupts the interior design and takes up valuable wall space. The new CLR floor-mounted screen and a UST projector are an impressive way to get around this problem. The housing design with clear lines can be easily integrated into furniture and fits perfectly into minimalist interior designs.
Smart features and easy integration
Celexon's new floor-mounted scissor screen offers smart features and significant technical advantages over similar products from other suppliers. A highlight is the newly developed electric housing flap, which protects the screen when not in use and leaves an unobtrusive look in the room.
The screen has invisibly integrated carrying handles for easy integration into a lowboard and an improved scissor joint mechanism with highly stable, aluminum alloy die-cast joints that guarantee an extremely long service life.
Celexon's black grid CLR technology
The new CLR (Contrast Light Rejection) technology with a microscopically small light grid structure produces up to 20% brighter images and delivers more color contrast, ideal for an impressive TV experience in the living room. The special fabric structure reduces ambient light and increases the in-image contrast, which is particularly important for modern ultra-short-throw projectors.
Improved cloth coating and flatness
The tried and tested rope tensioning system ensures that the canvas lies flat without dog-ears. The new material blends of the carrier material offer a unique softness of the cloth, which prevents horizontal stripes and marks.
Easy installation and control
The electric floor scissor screen can be installed safely and quickly. The user can place the screen on the floor, on or behind a sideboard or on the wall. An even more discreet installation is possible thanks to the straight-line screen housing.
