Mapple - a new star is born

The sound tinkerers from New York have come up with something completely new: After Grado had great success with many headphones with maple as the carrier material, the Opus 3 is the first pickup in a maple 'housing'. It produces a vibrant and luscious sound while remaining consistent and clear. By varying the thermal aging processes, the enclosure gains the ability to better dampen and control the resonant frequencies.
