Dynaudio S4-LCR65W – Flexible bass module for individual high-end LCR installation systems

The Dynaudio S4-LCR65W is the high-performance bass module of the Custom Architectural Studio series and forms the ideal basis for individually configurable LCR loudspeaker systems. In combination with the S4-LCRMT tweeter/midrange module, it creates high-quality three-way loudspeaker solutions that can be perfectly adapted to a wide variety of home cinema, stereo, and multiroom applications.

The modular system offers virtually unlimited planning possibilities. Whether used as a left, center, or right speaker, mounted vertically or horizontally – the S4-LCR65W enables a customized speaker configuration for a wide variety of room layouts and listening situations. The individual modules can be flexibly combined and positioned to achieve optimal sound dispersion.

A major advantage is the straightforward installation. The bass module was designed for installation between standard wall mounts and can be integrated without any complex structural modifications. The pre-assembled mounting frames can be connected together or used separately, making both compact and extensive speaker systems possible.

The Dynaudio S4-LCR65W also impresses with its versatile configuration options. Each module features a passive crossover with multiple operating modes. In addition to the classic LCR configuration, the system also supports bypass mode for fully active speaker systems with external DSP and separate amplifier channels. This makes the bass module equally suitable for high-end home theaters and professional custom installation projects.

Two high-quality 16.5 cm MSP woofers ensure precise and powerful bass reproduction. Dynaudio's MSP diaphragm technology guarantees controlled, dynamic, and natural reproduction down to the lowest frequencies. The system is complemented by aluminum voice coils and other proven Dynaudio technologies, which ensure high power handling and excellent sound quality.

Maximum flexibility was also a key consideration in the design. Magnetically attached speaker covers in various sizes can be painted if desired and harmoniously integrated into any living environment. Alternatively, the modules can be installed completely behind acoustic fabric or acoustically transparent projection screens, making them virtually invisible.
