MORE MUSIC IS NOT POSSIBLE

The Yamaha-patented RS (Resonance Suppression) chambers are located on the back of the tweeters and mid-range drivers and ensure that even the finest nuances of musical instruments and voices are faithfully reproduced. Two specially shaped tubes that cancel unwanted tube resonances generated behind the diaphragm without resorting to conventional sound-absorbing materials bring the natural sound back to life and reproduce even the smallest musical nuances of the original source.

TRUE MUSICAL PRESENCE

A lot of sound-absorbing material is built into conventional speakers to prevent standing waves inside the cabinet. Unfortunately, much of the original power of the music is lost as a result. With the NS-2000A, we use our patented acoustic-absorber resonator tube to eliminate standing waves while minimizing the amount of damping material, so that the music's original realism, which threatens to be lost through sound absorption, with full energy and dynamics is played back.

HIGHLY MUSICAL VIBRATION DAMPING

ACOUSTICS MADE FROM A SINGLE MOLD

As a representative of the high-end series, only the highest quality components are used for the crossover in the NS-2000A. The audio capacitor MCap® SUPREME Classic from Mundorf in Germany is considered the ultimate among audio capacitors and is installed together with a large woofer coil.

MASSIVE CONNECTIONS

The large, screw-locking, pure brass speaker terminals allow for easy, secure tightening, creating an extremely secure connection that ensures optimal signal integrity.
