The Bowers & Wilkins CM10 S2 is the flagship of the CM series, combining robust construction, innovative technology, and elegant design in a single floorstanding speaker. Thanks to the separately mounted tweeter from the 800 Series Diamond, you benefit from significantly improved sound dispersion and a precise stereo image.
Compared to the CM9, the additional woofer enables an even purer and deeper sound spectrum without requiring any changes to the cabinet height. Thanks to FST technology, the midrange drivers are mechanically decoupled from the cabinet and additionally stabilized on the back, virtually eliminating unwanted vibrations. The result is exceptionally clear, precise, and dynamic sound across all frequency ranges.
The CM10 S2 speakers are characterized by their versatility: together with a suitable amplifier, they deliver a detailed, full-range sound regardless of the music genre. The high-quality MDF cabinet with thicker side panels effectively reduces resonances, while the elegant finish in real wood veneer red walnut or lacquer in satin white or glossy black adds a stylish touch to any living space.
Bowers & Wilkins relies on state-of-the-art technology: The patented Nautilus tweeter ensures clear, undison-free highs, while the Kevlar midrange driver delivers precise midrange frequencies and the paper/Kevlar woofer provides deep, dynamic bass. FST technology, the surroundless midrange driver, high-quality Mundorf capacitors, and Van den Hul internal wiring guarantee exceptionally refined, unadulterated sound reproduction. The Flowport bass reflex port reduces distortion and delivers exceptionally clean low-frequency response.
The package is rounded off by solid, nickel-plated terminals on the rear, enabling bi-wiring, as well as spikes and a stable base that optimally decouple the speakers from the floor. The design combines elegance and functionality, making the CM10 S2 both visually and acoustically impressive.
