With the MXA-8400, Lyngdorf Audio presents a high-performance power amplifier MXA-8400 with Purifi technology.
The MXA-8400 is an exceptionally powerful and ultra-linear multi-channel amplifier with Purifi EIGENTAKT technology and an output of 8 x 400 watts. Combined with the new, highly efficient Lyngdorf PowerPerfect power supply featuring Channel Balancing Technology and integrated mains decoupling and filtering, the MXA-8400 sets new standards in audio quality, measurement performance, and reliability.
The amplifier channels are bridgeable and deliver up to 4 x 800 watts to effortlessly power even the most demanding loudspeakers.
The MXA-8400 is based on the outstanding and benchmark-setting Purifi EIGENTAKT technology, combined with Lyngdorf Audio's new PowerPerfect power supply.
With eight amplifier channels, the MXA-8400 complements the powerful Lyngdorf MP-40 2.1 and MP-60 2.1 multi-channel processors, which decode up to 16 output channels for immersive Dolby Atmos and DTS:X home theaters. The MP-40 and MP-60 models were recently updated with the latest HDMI 2.1 upgrade and Tidal Connect, including Dolby Atmos Music.
PURIFI EIGENTAKT TECHNOLOGY
Purifi EIGENTAKT with its innovative and patented EIGENTAKT ErrorCorrection (EEC) is the result of intensive research. This amplifier technology delivers extremely low total harmonic distortion (THD) at any frequency and volume, as well as unparalleled low intermodulation distortion (IMD), resulting in exceptionally high-resolution and stable sound reproduction unmatched by any other amplifier technology or class.
The result is an incredibly neutral music reproduction with virtually no noise or interference in the signal, without any sonic fingerprint.
HIGHLY EFFICIENT POWERPERFECT POWER SUPPLY
Eight amplifier channels with a combined output power of 3.2 kilowatts and even higher peak power place extremely high demands on the power supply, which is often a limiting factor in conventional multi-channel amplifiers. PowerPerfect from Lyngdorf Audio is a new, highly efficient, and advanced power supply.
With its Channel Balancing Technology, integrated filtering and multiple protection circuits, it offers the best foundation
