Pre Box DS2 digital – a true high-performance all-round performer!
The advanced Pre Box DS2 digital is a universal and flexible preamplifier and D/A converter of the highest class. The built-in D/A converter AK4490, from the high-end manufacturer Asahi Kasai Microdevices, offers five different digital filters that adapt the sound to your preferences. This offers full DSD256 support and upsampling of all digital inputs to 768kHz. This results in high-resolution sound reproduction with a rich tonal spectrum and bass presentation with far less distortion. Five digital, as well as a high level and a phono input are available. The BT receiver provides full aptX support for the best wireless sound. Therefore, the Pre Box is prepared for every available source. A variable and a fixed analogue output as well as another to connect a subwoofer are available. The sample rate converter (AK4137) can be controlled via three settings (sound modes).
All this makes the Pre Box DS2 digital the most versatile audiophile preamp D/A converter in its price range!
Magnetic real wood side panels in walnut, rosenut & eucalyptus are available separately and are not included in the scope of delivery.
