The turntable uses a precision-machined pulley and a ground neoprene flat belt. The inner and outer platters are machined to the same tolerance for precise concentricity, ensuring consistent speed. They are suspended from a non-magnetic, heavy-duty stainless steel plate—a rigid, stable platform for vinyl.
The internal Majik LP12 power supply filters out disturbing
Mains noise and reduces motor judder for stable speed, resulting in improved audio performance.
The one-piece carbon arm tube minimizes resonances before they reach the cartridge. The solid arm base ensures the tonearm's high stability.
The Majik LP12 can be upgraded with any Linn turntable accessory, including the Sondek LP12 SE if desired.
