Digital all-rounder

A powerful control center for your digital stereo system: with three inputs (USB, coaxial and optical), your digital player can play with ease using what is probably the most powerful D/A converter in its price range: via asynchronous USB transmission, with XMOS™ technology, up to 32Bit/768kHz (DSD to DSD512) included - and the preamplifier function with separate control for power amplifier and headphones, automatic muting of the power amplifier output in headphone mode. The set volume is saved for the respective operating mode and automatically reset when the operating mode is changed.

The D/A converter in the Pro-Ject Pre Box S2 Digital is also Roon Tested and even offers audiophile MQA support.

Note: Bitstream formats such as Dolby Digital ® or DTS ® are not supported.
