Chord 2Go Music Streamer and Player for Hugo 2

The Chord 2go transforms the successful Chord Hugo 2 into a full-fledged network player - you can easily stream your music data via your home network, the Internet or via Bluetooth. In addition, the 2go has two slots for microSD cards, each of which can be up to 2 TB in size. The combination of Hugo 2 and 2go can also be used as a high-capacity digital music server. And all of this is even independent of the mains, because the 2go also has its own battery, so that the Hugo 2 and 2go can also be used on the go and without an external power supply unit. 2go contains sophisticated miniaturized electrical engineering which, like all Chord products, uses proprietary British technology. By connecting 2go and Hugo 2, the most sonically advanced compact music streamer is created. Wireless convenience (2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and A2DP Bluetooth) combined with the stability and performance of wired (Gigabit) Ethernet connectivity, the latter offering facility-free, plug-and-play operation. 2go also benefits from a comprehensive audio interface and offers playback of digital streaming services such as Tidal, Qobuz or Spotify. 2go is also Roon Ready, Airplay capable, offers gapless audio playback and DoP / Bit Perfect support as well as full DLNA compatibility as a server and renderer.

An important feature of 2go is the automatic switching function of the inputs: every audio interface is always switched on, so switching between the inputs is as easy as pressing the play button in the selected control app. 2go switches conveniently and automatically between all inputs and thus offers seamless playback of music from different sources or streaming services.

Compatibility: To be able to use 2go, a connection with the Chord Hugo 2 (DAC / headphone amplifier) or 2yu is required.
