NAD CS-1 network streamer
Add music streaming to any stereo or home theater system with the affordable CS-1 network streamer from NAD. Or configure a music system for your study or home office by connecting the CS-1 to a pair of powered speakers. The CS-1 supports the most popular network streaming and casting protocols, including Apple AirPlay 2, GoogleCast, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, DLNA apps for mobile phones and computers, and Roon, allowing you to enjoy music playback with the music apps can control of their choice. The CS-1 is equipped with audiophile components and can play back high-resolution audio data with up to 24-bit/192 kHz.

With its compact, minimalist design, the NAD CS1 has a pair of analog RCA outputs for connection to a stereo receiver, integrated amplifier, preamp, or pair of powered speakers. Alternatively, you can use the CS1's optical or coaxial output to send digital audio to an AV receiver, an external DAC, or a pair of powered speakers with a digital input, at up to 24-bit/192kHz resolution .
You can connect the CS1 to your home network via WiFi, hard-wire its LAN Ethernet port to your network router or access point, or use Bluetooth® to pair the CS1 with your mobile device.
Stream your way
You don't need to install any special apps to play music through the NAD CS1 network streamer. With Bluetooth you can stream audio from any app on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
You can get even better sound via WLAN or Ethernet. The CS1 supports AirPlay 2 so you can stream CD resolution audio from any app on an iPhone, iPad or Mac, or from an iTunes library on a Windows PC. With GoogleCast, you can select the music you want to listen to in any Cast-enabled app on a mobile device or PC, and then stream playback to the CS1 at up to 24-bit/96kHz resolution.
Spotify and Tidal subscribers can play the music in those services' apps and then stream the playback from their device to the CS1. Roon subscribers can play music from their digital libraries and streaming services powered by Roon.
First class sound
The CS1 features an advanced differential digital section based on Texas Instruments' PCM5141 DAC, known for its wide dynamic range, low noise floor and immunity to clock jitter. It supports up to 24-bit/192kHz resolution and features full MQA decoding and rendering for playing master-quality music from Tidal.
