The SONIK 7 was designed to deliver sound with authority and ease. It combines power, control, and detail into a balanced and relaxed overall sound, even at higher volumes. It impresses not only with its high sound pressure level capability but, above all, with its natural, lifelike reproduction.

Especially in larger rooms, the SONIK 7 demonstrates its strengths by reproducing sound not only loudly, but also in a structured and spatially precise manner.

Two 7-inch woofers for depth and control

In the low and mid-frequency range, DALI relies on two 7-inch drivers with Clarity-Cone™ technology. The diaphragms, made of paper and wood fibers, offer an ideal combination of low weight and high rigidity. This effectively controls resonances and enables precise, dynamic bass.

The SONIK 7's bass foundation is not only powerful, but also structured and cleanly balanced. Low frequencies sound controlled and precise without overpowering the midrange. Music gains depth, while films are reproduced with palpable energy and presence.

Hybrid tweeter for clarity and wide dispersion

A key feature of the SONIK 7 is the DALI hybrid tweeter, consisting of a 29 mm low-loss soft dome tweeter and a planar magnetostatic tweeter. This combination enables exceptionally fine resolution and wide dispersion in the high-frequency range.

Voices sound open and natural, instruments have air and space, and even the finest details remain clearly audible. Thanks to the wide dispersion pattern, you also benefit from a consistent sound image regardless of your listening position.

Clarity-Cone™ Technology – natural mids without discoloration

Inspired by DALI KORE technology, Clarity-Cone™ technology ensures exceptionally coherent tuning between the bass, midrange, and treble frequencies. Controlled diaphragm movement creates a harmonious transition between the drivers.

Voices in particular benefit from this interpretation: they are reproduced realistically, clearly, and without coloration. The overall sound is cohesive, balanced, and free from artificial emphasis.

SMC™ Essential Magnet System – High-level precision

The patented SMC™ Essential Magnet System is an essential component of the SONIK 7's sonic performance. By using SMC™ material in the direct area of effect of the voice coil, distortion is reduced and the linearity of the drive is improved.

Hysteresis and eddy current losses are minimized, resulting in a clean, detailed and relaxed midrange reproduction – even during complex musical passages or at high levels.
