The third version of the legendary soundbar now comes with a number of features that round off the home cinema experience perfectly. In addition to Dolby Atmos and Dolby TrueHD, the B&W Panorama 3 has all the components that make a soundbar an important element of a practical home cinema today.
So you get a kind of music center that can be controlled via Bluetooth or Airplay 2. If you don't have your cell phone nearby, you can use Amazon Alexa voice commands to call up your playlists, play radio stations and much more.

Thirteen times B&W
Anyone who owns a Bowers & Wilkins product naturally benefits from the immense experience that the British manufacturer has gained over decades in loudspeaker construction.
In particular, the 13 built-in loudspeaker chassis are remarkable: the high-frequency range in the B&W Panorama 3 is handled by a total of three 19mm titanium tweeters. Six drivers with fiberglass membranes are responsible for the low-midrange.
Additional drivers work in their own acoustic chambers, also with glass fiber membranes, on the convincing Dolby Atmos sound. At 50mm, the midrange and atmos speakers are exactly the right size for the perfect soundbar.
The B&W bass is handled by two 100mm bass chassis, so you get your money's worth here too. The 13 built-in speakers are powered by a total of 400 watts.
Don't always demonize the cables
When it comes to wireless, the Panorama 3 does what it can: The network connection via WiFi is no problem. If you have a network cable in place, it is a good idea to connect to the router with a cable. The important connection to the television is of course via HDMI cable. eARC is the keyword here: data transmission with a connected eARC-compatible device takes place at the highest level, both in terms of image and sound reproduction.
A soundbar cannot replace a full-fledged home cinema. But if you don't have much space, if you reach your visual limits with large loudspeakers in everyday living or are simply looking for a simple audio solution with high standards, the Bowers & Wilkins Panorama 3 is the right choice for you.
