THE CONCEPT CONCEPT - DIVE INTO THE WORLD OF VINYL WITHOUT ANY PRIOR KNOWLEDGE

The Concept MM is the basic configuration of the Concept turntable. This record player already meets all the expectations that you can expect from a record player. Anyone who has freed the concept from its well-thought-out packaging has already completed the most complex part of the installation. After removing the transport locks (foam on the tonearm, rubber), the belt is placed around the aluminum sub-platter. The plate is placed over the mandrel on the sub-plate. If the RCA plugs are connected to the phono connection or phono amplifier, all you have to do is plug in the included power plug. Let's go. All settings such as VTA, offset, overhang have already been set in the factory in Erlangen. This record player is now ready to play and can be put into operation without any further prior knowledge. If you have higher sound goals, you can configure the concept together with us.

The core of the drive body consists of medium-density wood fiber or solid wood layers compressed under high pressure. The look of the coat is made to match in four different colors and structures. The top layer of the drive is made of special satin plastic. This composition allows resonances to be minimized. The turntable is driven by a completely decoupled DC motor using a ground flat belt to avoid the transmission of unwanted noise. The power supply for this is provided by a generously sized, highly stable external power supply.

THE CONCEPT TONEARM

The tonearm has a wear- and maintenance-free magnetic bearing without friction. The combination is completed with the high-quality Clearaudio MM or MC concept pickup (upgrade is possible at any time).

PICKUP CONCEPT V2 MM

The Concept V2 MM is a classic moving magnet pickup that easily fits into the ranks of the legendary Clearaudio pickups in terms of quality. Unlike other moving magnet pickups, the needle cannot be removed. If the needle needs to be replaced at some point, the entire cartridge is sent to Clearaudio and you receive an exchange price for a new Concept V2 MM.
