• Signal conductor (2): Pure copper with first-class conductivity.
• Base body (1), hexagon nut (8), identification ring (4), pressure ring (5), double-stage disc (9): Polyamide (PA) for stability and insulation.
• Damping ring (6): Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) for vibration damping.
• Indicator/safety device (7) and clamping nut (3), cover ring (10): Polycarbonate (PC) for durability.

• The signal conductor is coated with a 24-carat, nickel-free direct gold plating, protected by PlasmaProtect™ technology. This ensures a non-ferromagnetic, highly conductive surface.

• Contact resistance (Rü): < 0.1 mOhm (measured with cable lug connection).
• Volume resistance (RDAg): < 0.14 mOhm.
• Insulation resistance (Riso): > 10¹° Ohm (at 500 V).

connections

• Inside: Soldering technology for cables up to 4 mm² (11 AWG).
• Outside: Suitable for 4 mm banana plugs, 6.3 mm flat terminal lugs and bare cable ends.

assembly

• Bore: Diameter Ø11.5 mm (+0.2 mm) with groove (2.5 x 2 mm) for anti-twisting security (see drilling template).
• Supports wall thicknesses from 0.9 to 10 mm; with puzzle disc WBT-9410 suitable for wall thicknesses from 0.9 to 8 mm.
• Recommended socket spacing: 30 mm (center to center).
• Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm for the hexagon nut.

• Use of a structure-borne sound absorber (WBT-0718, version V) to reduce structure-borne sound and vibrations.
