VEGA G1 – High-end streaming in perfection

The AURALiC VEGA G1 redefines digital music streaming. With twice the processing power of its predecessor, it offers impressive levels of precision, dynamics, and musical transparency – all at studio level.

At the heart of the VEGA G1 lies the powerful TESLA platform, which already caused a sensation in the flagship VEGA G2 model. A quad-core Cortex-A9 processor, 1 GB of DDR3 RAM, and 4 GB of system memory form the foundation for lightning-fast signal processing. High-resolution audio data from local networks, internet sources such as TIDAL, Qobuz, Spotify, or internet radio is passed directly to the internal DAC without any loss of quality.

A special highlight

The VEGA G1 is not tied to the sampling frequency of the input signal. Instead, it generates a fully synchronized clock signal, effectively eliminating jitter effects for absolutely clean, natural sound reproduction.

Inside, the same DAC chip as in the VEGA G2 operates, supported by a high-precision 72-femtosecond femtoclock that virtually eliminates timing errors. The ORFEO Class-A output module also ensures a warm, musical sound with the finest detail resolution.

The black anodized aluminum housing conveys not only solidity but also timeless elegance. The front panel features a brilliant 4.0-inch Retina color display and a precise aluminum dial for intuitive operation.

In terms of connectivity, the VEGA G1 offers everything a high-end enthusiast could wish for: AES/EBU, COAX, TOSLINK, USB High-Speed, and Ethernet are available for flexible signal paths. All modern, high-resolution formats are supported – from PCM 32-bit/384 kHz to DSD512.

With AURALiC's Lightning streaming platform, you'll experience streaming at its best: On-device playlists, memory caching, gapless playback, and bit-perfect multiroom ensure smooth and authentic playback. You maintain full control over your music at all times via the Lightning DS app for iOS or the convenient web interface.

Thanks to OTA updates, your VEGA G1 always stays up to date with the latest technology. It's also Roon-ready and supports Spotify Connect – for maximum compatibility and future-proofing.
