Head Box S2 Digital is fully equipped for the highest demands of the modern audiophile. It provides support for PCM files up to 32bit / 786kHz and DSD decoding up to Quad-DSD (DSD256). Five digital filters are available to shape the sound according to your own wishes. Three digital inputs ensure connection for all possible signal sources, be it a PC via the USB B input or a television set via the optical S/PDIF input. The coaxial input accepts all data from a digital transport such as the CD Box DS2 T. All inputs are equipped for HiRes data up to 24bit/192kHz. The USB input also offers support for data up to PCM 32bit/768kHz or DSD256. The headphone output on the front delivers a clear and precise sound with a musical touch. Unwanted background noise via the USB input is prevented by double filtering to ensure interference-free playback. The new aluminium/metal housing offers the highest level of aesthetics and protects against vibrations and interference.
