CHARACTERISTICS

• The headphone output delivers 200mA at 5-10 ohms. So it works perfectly with all standard headphones
  together
• The volume has a control range of -80 to +20 db, channel equality <0.4
• The balance adjustment is +/- 10 db
• Tone control: The tone tuning works in the low-frequency range below 100 Hz (10 db control range) and in the high-frequency range from 8 kHz (10 db control range), the middle range remains unchanged
• The "Defeat" button bypasses the tone and balance controls
• The device works with voltage-controlled amplifiers, which means that the signal paths are extremely short! The long-term stable potentiometers only supply a control voltage

In addition to the normal function as a headphone amplifier, the device offers two outputs (RCA): one fixed and one with adjustable volume. In this way, the device can be used as a looped-in tone and balance control. Weaknesses in the recording can be compensated for or you can adjust the sound to suit your taste. When the device is de-energized, the signal is looped through without loss
