With the ARTA, Meze Audio presents an uncompromisingly engineered high-end headphone for discerning audiophiles and headphone enthusiasts. Developed in collaboration with Rinaro Isodynamics, this open-back reference headphone combines innovative planar magnetic driver technology with exceptional build quality and acoustic performance that sets new standards in the premium segment.
The ARTA was developed to overcome the limitations of classic headphone playback and to present music with a naturalness, spaciousness and authenticity that was previously reserved primarily for high-quality loudspeaker systems.

Innovative MZ5 HO planar magnet driver
At the heart of the Meze Audio ARTA is the newly developed MZ5 HO driver. As the highest-impedance planar magnetic driver in its class to date, it enables exceptionally linear signal processing at high voltage and low current. The result is exceptionally clean, low-distortion, and precise music reproduction across the entire frequency spectrum.
The high impulse fidelity and excellent control ensure that even complex musical passages are reproduced with impressive ease and detail.
Impressive spatiality and natural timbres
Sonically, the ARTA pursues a warm and neutral tuning that combines the highest resolution with musical naturalness. Voices sound tangible and authentic, while instruments are reproduced with realistic timbre and impressive detail.
Particularly noteworthy is the exceptionally large and three-dimensional soundstage. Music unfolds far beyond the ear, creating a spatial representation reminiscent of an acoustically optimized listening room. The precise localization of individual sound events and the convincing depth of field create an immersive listening experience of reference quality.
Advanced acoustics for maximum openness
To further enhance sonic transparency, Meze Audio employs a specially developed grille design with angled acoustic louvers. This construction effectively reduces internal sound reflections and improves impulse response and spatial imaging.
