Powerful Class-AD amplifier
The RA280 is based on Class AD amplifier technology and combines the efficiency of digital amplifiers with the sound quality of analog circuits. The use of gallium nitride FETs (GaN FETs) minimizes distortion and improves dynamics. Hifi Rose's special LC filtering ensures particularly clean signal processing.
The amplifier delivers a stable 250 watts per channel at 4 and 8 ohms. Thanks to its wide frequency range of 10 Hz to 85 kHz, no detail goes unheard. It also has variable bass and treble controls that allow the sound to be customized.
Flexibility through extensive connection options
The RA280 offers both balanced and unbalanced inputs as well as a phono input for MM pickups. A separate subwoofer output extends the bass range. The amplifier also has a trigger input to control external devices.
The device is equipped with a motorized volume control that can be controlled via remote control or app. In addition, the input selector switch can be adjusted electrically, which allows convenient switching between sources.
