Wisdom SW-1 DSP Subwoofer Amplifier

The SW-1DSP from Wisdom Audio is a powerful subwoofer amplifier with integrated digital signal processing (DSP), specifically engineered to optimally drive all Wisdom Regenerative Transmission Line® (RTL) subwoofers. Featuring a highly efficient amplifier design and intelligent room correction, the SW-1DSP is the perfect solution for demanding audio installations where both sound quality and energy efficiency are critical.

Efficient & powerful

The SW-1DSP delivers 370W of power with an impressive efficiency of around 90%. Unlike conventional amplifiers, which dissipate much of their energy into heat, the SW-1DSP uses almost all of its energy for sound reproduction. This means:

• More power for the subwoofer
• Less waste heat in the rack
• Space-saving installation even in narrow technical cabinets

Ideal for professional installations where many devices are operated in a small space.

Integrated DSP – for perfect room and subwoofer adaptation

The integrated DSP in the SW-1DSP has been specifically tuned to the requirements of the Wisdom RTL subwoofers. Using the Setup Wizard (accessible via the network connection), the respective Wisdom subwoofer can be selected and optimally calibrated – individually and precisely.

Important: The SW-1DSP must be programmed to the respective subwoofer model – this will be done by the authorized installer during setup.

Variety of connections including Dante® option

In addition to the balanced XLR input, an optional Dante™ Audio-over-IP module is available. This allows the amplifier to be integrated into modern network systems (compatible with Dante and AES67).

• Ethernet for setup & control
• 12V trigger in/out (3.5mm jack)

The trigger connections allow the amplifier to be automatically switched on and off in conjunction with other devices. Two mini jack sockets allow for daisy-chaining of multiple devices—ideal for larger systems with multiple power amplifiers.

Note: Without DC trigger, the SW-1DSP remains permanently switched on once the power switch is pressed.
