The Concertino G4 was developed using the latest acoustic knowledge and innovative materials. Sonus faber relies on a minimalist but effective design that impresses both visually and acoustically. The central frame of the loudspeaker is made of recycled cork, a material that has already been used successfully in the Suprema and Sonetto series. This material offers excellent acoustic properties and enables precise modeling of the interior, minimizing internal resonances.

The historic trapezoidal cabinet shapes of the previous Concertino models have been retained to ensure a perfect balance between aesthetics and sound quality. The cabinet side panels are made of solid walnut and feature ribbed surfaces that increase structural integrity while eliminating the need for internal bracing. These wooden surfaces not only give the speaker stability, but also an elegant look that underlines the speaker's noble character.

Particular attention was paid to the sustainability of the materials used. The textile covers and the front panel are made from a plant-based material developed by the Italian start-up company Ohoskin. This vegan and sustainable material consists of by-products from oranges and cacti and is an example of how Sonus faber combines the highest quality with ecological responsibility.
