The blue VU meter, volume and input controls: what reads like the description of a classic Mac amp is actually the RS 100. The small wireless box uses the DTS Play-Fi standard and is most easily controlled with a smartphone App (Apple and Android available) operated. The small shelf box works with all major streaming services via the home network, but can also be connected to a wide variety of source devices in the classic way via cable.
You only need an RS 100 to make it sound good. But you can also set up systems with up to 16 x RS 100 that communicate with each other. This is useful for larger homes where you want legendary McIntosh sound to fill every room...
