The Concorde Elite features a new, custom-molded stylus case with real gold plating, adding an extra touch of luxury to the famous Concorde design. The nude elliptical diamond, sitting on a rigid aluminum cantilever, is embraced by the layer of gold. The nude elliptical diamond stylus, commonly used in hi-fi pickups, delivers such powerful and detailed sound that you will experience a remarkable live performance. The use of the nude elliptical diamond allows for a lower moving mass, guaranteeing improved and detailed sound quality. The slim profile of the nude elliptical diamond allows it to follow the vibrations of the grooves more closely, extracting finer detail and capturing even the highest frequency information.

The cantilever and coil system

The cantilever must represent the perfect compromise between low weight and high strength, which requires great ingenuity in both the construction and the choice of materials.

The properties of the rigid 750 µm aluminum-magnesium cantilever developed exclusively for the Concorde ELITE ensure that the stylus absorbs the groove vibrations with a stable and precise scanning performance and forms the ideal interface between stylus and armature.

Inside the armature is a specially designed coil system that transmits the movements of the diamond, delivering optimized performance. The unique coil system gives the ELITE a powerful, full-bodied sound of high quality and performance.

rubber suspension

To ensure excellent directional stability, a new rubber suspension was developed. The new rubber compound was specially developed for the Concorde ELITE to achieve the desired properties for exceptional pickup performance. The richer, fuller sound conveys the music in the most lifelike manner while paying attention to the attenuation of excess brightness.
