The Pro-Ject tonearm EVO CC sets new standards for audiophile sound quality and precise construction. As an essential element of a record player, the tone arm not only influences the sound, but also shapes it in a unique way. The EVO CC series, a continuation of the successful Evolution tonearm series, offers not only proven quality but also innovative improvements.
Innovative bearing for clear tracking: The EVO tonearm uses an inverted gimbal ABEC 7 quality bearing with 4 stainless steel tips, which ensures stability and low friction. This bearing is placed in an all-aluminum housing that avoids resonance while ensuring the necessary stability. Thanks to the intelligent design, the bearing is maintenance-free and easy to adjust.
High-quality tonearm tube and internal wiring: The tonearm tube is made of a lightweight and sturdy carbon fiber material with a tapered shape to avoid standing waves and reflections. The flexible internal wiring made of high-purity copper ensures optimal signal transmission. Azimuth adjustment is easy with a single screw, and gold-plated terminals ensure a first-class connection.
Versatile adjustment options: With two counterweights, the tracking force can be precisely adjusted to support a wide range of pickups. The tonearm height is infinitely adjustable, and the precise azimuth and VTA adjustment allows the tonearm to adapt to changes in height and achieve the best possible sound quality.
