Chord Electronics have released their first-ever desktop integrated amplifier, Anni. Capable of driving both headphones and compact speakers, Anni benefits from proprietary ULTIMA circuit topology and is perfectly positioned to unleash the full potential of today's high-performance headphones, desktop monitors and high-resolution audio sources.
Anni's new desktop integrated amplifier joins the Qutest range and seamlessly complements the resolution capabilities of Qutest's multi-award-winning standalone DAC and Huei phono stage. As a system, the Qutest components offer an unrivaled desktop audio solution, delivering premium digital and analog technologies for the modern music lover. The compact modular equipment rack QSS (Qutest Stand System) also offers the perfect support.
Anni offers Chord Electronics' recently announced the dual-feed-forward error correction circuit topology, whether using headphones or compact speakers. Anni's advanced technology makes it possible to control any headphone load, error-monitored and compensated gain at any time.
Anni benefits from both 3.5mm headphone outputs and 6.35mm outputs, allowing two to listen simultaneously, as well as 4mm banana speaker outputs, and delivers 10 watts of Chord Electronics-grade ULTIMA amplification, controlled by a dash-mounted volume knob that also serves as an input selector switch for Anni's two line-level inputs. A two-stage speaker gain control provides additional flexibility with a variety of desktop monitors.
