Precision manufacturing using aircraft-grade aluminum

Like all Chord Electronics components, the Qutest System Stand is CNC-machined in England from a solid block of aircraft-grade aluminum. The black anodized finish provides a durable surface coating that blends seamlessly into modern high-end audio setups. The stand arrives fully pre-assembled.

Integrated thermal management and component protection

For consistent performance, the housing features a passive heat transfer architecture: A conductive, metallized heat pad efficiently dissipates the operating heat from the installed units. To prevent surface scratches during installation, the interior is equipped with precisely fitting plastic corner protectors.

Modular flexibility and decoupling

The design allows for both vertical stacking of multiple units to form a compact equipment tower and side-by-side arrangement. Damping feet made of black elastomer ensure effective decoupling from the surface and prevent slippage.
