The MI347 AC 7-channel digital amplifier is a dedicated home theater amplifier with an impressive sound that brings you a breathtaking, fast-paced sound experience in your home theater. It uses sophisticated closed-loop digital switching amplifiers paired with extremely robust power supplies that produce audio power levels rarely heard in home theaters.

The MI347 AC is designed to be heard more than seen - eg when installed in an invisible A/V equipment rack. With a rack-friendly 3U height, it can be easily installed in your A/V rack using the included rack-mounting brackets (the mounting brackets are removable for non-rack installations). But the MI347 is not just limited to rack installations as it can also be placed outdoors for all to see and enjoy.

In a home theater, the most important audio channels or speakers are the front left, front right, and center channel speakers. This is where most of the dialogue and the loudest and most distinctive special effects come from. Therefore, the MI347 AC delivers 250 watts into 8 ohms or 300 watts into 4 ohms to each of these three speakers. The other four channels of the MI347 AC are dedicated to the still important but less power hungry surround sound speakers or ceiling speakers. To each of these four channels, the MI347 AC delivers a healthy 125 watts into 8 ohms or 200 watts into 4 ohms.

As a highly efficient Class D amplifier, the MI347 does not require noisy fans to maintain nominal operating temperature; it also features an abundance of vents on the top and sides to further aid in heat dissipation.

On the front panel, multi-color LED indicators show the status of each channel. The rear panel features both balanced and unbalanced inputs for each channel, as well as our standard 5-way speaker terminals.
