At the heart of the player is a completely redesigned dual-mono DAC architecture. Separate signal processing for the left and right channels minimizes crosstalk and interference. For stable and interference-free signal processing, ARCAM relies on a particularly low-noise linear power supply. This ensures optimal operating conditions for all audio circuits and enables playback with high dynamics, fine sonic nuances, and remarkable clarity in the sound image.

Another key feature is the specially developed, vibration-damped CD drive. By reducing mechanical vibrations, read errors are minimized and the timing accuracy of music playback is improved.
