Bluesound Pulse Sub – Precise low-bass performance and low-resonance design

The Bluesound Pulse Sub enhances existing audio and home theater setups with controlled, dynamic bass reproduction. Designed for seamless integration into the BluOS ecosystem, this active subwoofer combines high output power with an acoustically optimized cabinet architecture. The goal is structured bass support for music, movies, and gaming that blends harmoniously into the overall soundscape without being intrusive.

Bipolar architecture for vibration-free signal reproduction

At the heart of the Bluesound Pulse Sub are two specially designed 6.5-inch woofers in a bipolar configuration. Power is provided by an integrated 350-watt amplifier with Smart DSP technology . The opposing orientation of the drivers largely cancels out mechanical forces and cabinet resonances.

This design minimizes unwanted cabinet vibrations. The result is a clean, impulse-true bass extension with high power handling and 2.5 times more power compared to the previous model generation.

Flexible setup: Wireless in the BluOS network or integrated via analog connection

As a fully integrated component of the BluOS ecosystem, the Pulse Sub can be wirelessly connected to your home network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable. Configuration is done directly through the BluOS Controller app .

Wireless system pairing: Direct connection to soundbars such as the PULSE CINEMA or PULSE CINEMA MINI as well as stereo players (POWERNODE, PULSE M, PULSE FLEX).

Precise room and sound adjustment: Stepless control of volume, crossover frequency and phase for a seamless transition to the main speakers.

Analog integration: The subwoofer can also be operated via a wired connection to classic, non-network-enabled audio systems using an analog low-line level input.

Industrial design suitable for living spaces

With a footprint of just under one square foot, the Pulse Sub is characterized by its compact dimensions. The enclosure, with its matte satin finish, soft contours, and high-quality fabric coverings featuring a shimmering weave, blends seamlessly into contemporary living spaces. Integrated cable management channels conceal the cable entry when using wired or mains power, allowing for flexible placement within the room.
