PERFECT FREQUENCY RESPONSE

Reproducing the true-to-life sound of musical instruments as they really sound: As a world-renowned brand of musical instruments, Yamaha is committed to this task. In response to this challenge, the manufacturer has developed high-end speakers that have a consistent timbre across the entire frequency spectrum and use unique technology to achieve this. Each loudspeaker in the NS-800A system uses the newly developed Harmonious Diaphragm™, which consists of a mixture of ZYLON®, a material with excellent sound speed and optimal internal conduction, and spruce wood. This material is also used in the soundboards of Yamaha grand pianos and is essential for the sound radiation. This makes the harmonies of the sound particularly effective and the music becomes richer and more beautiful.

As opposed to simply producing a powerful sound, we are concerned with a feeling of dynamism that brings the contrast between stillness and movement in music to life and allows you to experience music with an intense and deep emotionality while being completely immersed in the music immerse yourself in the musical world.

MORE MUSIC IS NOT POSSIBLE

Yamaha's patented RS (Resonance Suppression) chambers are located on the back of the tweeter. This means that even the finest nuances of musical instruments and voices are reproduced true to the original. Two specially shaped tubes suppress unwanted resonances that arise behind the membrane, revitalize the original sound and create a sound image in which even the smallest musical nuances are not lost.

SOUND BACKDROP

The position of the artist and the instrument and even the subtle nuances and unique acoustics of the concert hall are faithfully reproduced. The result is an incredibly realistic soundstage. When you close your eyes, it feels like you're right there.

RICH SOUND COLOR

The basis for excellent sound - i.e. the question of what makes the instrument body or housing sound and where vibrations need to be suppressed - is practically identical in the manufacture of musical instruments and loudspeakers. The housing construction of the NS-800A is based on the latest speaker technology. Laser vibrometers, which are used in the research and development of musical instruments, and highly developed FEM analyzes (finite element method) are used. The crossbar of the case has been optimally reinforced to impress with an overwhelming statement of space. There is a feeling of authenticity as you sit directly in the concert hall or in front of the stage in the jazz cellar and experience the atmosphere of the performance.

The NS-800A is an uncompromising 2-way speaker that faithfully reproduces the timbre of all musical instruments and creates a spacious soundstage.
