Prestige in perfection
With a weight-modified generator, Grado Silver 3 and Grado Gold 3 maintain their undisputed top position in the Prestige series. In addition to the four-part needle carrier, the analog enthusiast is particularly impressed by the use of long-crystalline, extremely oxygen-free copper as a coil wire. The diamond developed by Grado shows the musical potential of the record, especially with complex and dynamic music. Like all Grado cartridges, the two top Prestige models are meticulously handcrafted in our own production facility near New York. Grado Gold 3 is based on Grado Silver 3, but is carefully selected as part of an extensive quality check.
Only five percent of the best pickups from the highest quality production series receive gold status.
