Acoustic Signature Verona Neo with Acoustic Signature TA-9000 & Acoustic Signature TA-2000

Configuration: Turntable including two tonearms – without cartridge

This configuration combines the Verona Neo turntable with two high-quality tonearms – the TA-9000 and the TA-2000 . Cartridges are intentionally not included. This setup is therefore aimed at listeners who want to define their sonic signature specifically through their choice of cartridge.

The drive: Mechanical precision as a foundation

The Verona Neo combines classic design language with a technically rigorous construction. The 65 mm thick multi-sandwich chassis made of MDF, steel, and plywood utilizes CLD (Constrained Layer Damping) technology to dissipate energy in a controlled manner. The aim is not visual presence, but structural calm.

The 50 mm thick, 11 kg heavy aluminum platter (Ø 310 mm) integrates eight silencer modules that selectively reduce micro-vibrations within the platter. Combined with the ultra-rigid DTD® bearing (Dura Turn Diamond® Bearing) with a diamond-coated spindle, this creates a mechanically stable, durable center with very low bearing noise and smooth operation.

Drive and motor control

Two fully decoupled AC motors drive the sub-platter via a speed-controlled double belt. Motor control is handled by the external DMC-20 unit with AVC Level 3 (Automatic Vibration Control).

Dual-motor concept: constant torque, reduced belt load

AVC Level 3: Active vibration compensation of the motors

Fine adjustment of the speed for 33 1/3 and 45 rpm

Multi-voltage power supply (100–260 V, 50/60 Hz)

Separating the drive and motor control minimizes electrical and mechanical interference in the sensitive scanning area.

Setup and construction

The 3-point setup with height-adjustable, yellow-damped aluminum feet ensures defined coupling and reproducible adjustment.
Total weight: 33 kg
Dimensions (W x D x H): 544 x 449 x 166 mm

Two tonearms – maximum flexibility

The Verona Neo is designed for up to two 9-12 inch tonearms. This version comes pre-installed with:

TA-9000

The TA-9000 is designed as an uncompromising high-end tonearm. High-precision bearing technology, extreme structural rigidity, and a resonance-optimized selection of materials enable exceptionally clean tracking with high accuracy. It is recommended for demanding MC cartridges with low to medium compliance.

TA-2000

The TA-2000 complements the setup as a technically precise tonearm, but one designed for greater versatility. It allows for the seamless integration of a wide variety of cartridge designs, thus providing an ideal platform for alternative sonic configurations or mono/stereo combinations.

Important:
This offer includes the turntable and both tonearms. Cartridges are not included.

Surfaces and finishes

Available in:

Piano black lacquer

Piano black lacquer with Makassar surface

Aluminum parts optionally silver anodized or black anodized

Silencer modules in polished brass (optionally gold-plated or chrome-plated)

The choice of material follows functional criteria – the visual design remains a matter of personal preference.

Who is this configuration intended for?

For listeners who:

want to operate two different pickups in parallel

Switch between stereo and mono systems

want to compare different sonic characteristics without modification

Emphasis is placed on mechanical precision and controlled resonance guidance

The Verona Neo with TA-9000 and TA-2000 is not a pre-configured complete package, but rather a robust analog platform. The choice of cartridges is deliberately left open – thus placing the final sonic adjustment entirely in your hands.
